A day in the life.

As our
Client Manager, Light Aviation
on the
Aviation
team, youll be responsible for servicing and retaining an existing book of business while supporting continued growth. This includes maintaining relationships with client decision-makers and providing coverage analysis and review.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

Customer service experience and commercial insurance knowledge

Strong preference given to candidates with experience or background in aviation

Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License within 60 days of hire

Strong computer competency Microsoft Office 365

Ability to work in a team environment

Exceptional attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Negotiates coverages, leads in client presentations

The applicable base salary range for this role is $49,900 to $92,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
