About This Role: This position will serve as an integral member of the Office of Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions team with particular emphasis on providing strategic direction in attracting and enrolling transfer students, adult learners and military students to Kansas State University. What You'll Need to Succeed: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Five or more years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications: Three to five years' experience managing recruitment or educational student services Ability to understand, interpret and implement policy and procedures and to problem solve effectively Experience developing and implementing plans for student recruitment Experience with administration of customer management or recruitment software, experience with SlateCRM a plus Master's Degree Other Requirements: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
