Gpac is proud to collaborate with a leading agriculture company in the area to fill an exciting position as a Assistant Agronomy Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational functions of the agronomy department. This includes managing the schedules and operations of application rigs and tender trucks, completing work orders, training custom applicators, and ensuring high-quality applications. With a focus on best practices, the Assistant Agronomy Operations Manager will also make recommendations to customers, maintain control of all agronomy product inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

To be considered for this role candidates will need:

• Bachelor's degree in agronomy, plant and soil science, agri-business, or a related field preferred or 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Valid Class A with Air Brakes and Hazmat endorsement
• Commercial Applicator's License is required
