About PIPAC

PIPAC Health and Life Brokerage, an Integrity partner, is seeking a reliable and dedicated full-time service-oriented representative in our Cedar Falls office to provide sales and administrative support to independent insurance agents operating in the employer group health insurance market. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and computer skills, a helpful friendly attitude, and the ability to work independently in an often fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound communications with agents, manage quoting and enrollment applications, and provide exceptional service-related support. You will be well-versed in group health and ancillary product lines, and play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and carriers. Your expertise will help educate agents on employee group benefits and promote the use of quoting and enrollment tools. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound agent communication related to quoting, enrollment applications and service-related requests.
  • Be knowledgeable in all group health and ancillary product lines offered through PIPAC, including plan designs as well as sales, enrollment, and customer service processes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with agents and carriers.
  • Recommend and educate agents on employee group benefits for their customers.
  • Understand and promote agent quoting and enrollment tools.
  • Process enrollments, renewals, and service requests in a timely manner according to carrier guidelines and provide relevant follow-up to agents.
  • Update and maintain database records and electronic files.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
  • Associate's degree and 2-3 years of customer service-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computer programs and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptable, highly organized team-player with a positive attitude and passion for providing great customer service.
