About the Baker position:

As a Baker you will work diligently and with flexibility
You will be held to the highest standards in quality and consistency
Have the ability to coordinate daily responsibilities and uphold the procedures that ensure we deliver the products our customers love

Required Experience:

Baking is central to the Panera Bread essence of warmth and quality. Our Bakers take their craft seriously and use their expertise to create the best quality bread and baked goods.

If you have a strong desire and career aspirations to learn the craft of baking, we will provide the foundation to help you become successful. We offer 2 weeks of training. Once training is complete, you will transition to a shift start time of 2:00pm to 10:00pm. Weekend availability is part of the weekly shift schedules. Pre-employment background check is also required.

This position is physical with up to 10 hour shifts, standing & working over a table, lifting up to 30lbs, bending and stooping, and working with high temperatures and coolers.
