Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in Indiana as a LPN and/or RN
Desire to work with geriatric population
Long-term care experience preferred
Willingness to work in a team atmosphere
A BIG heart and a BIGGER smile
Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
LPN/RN
Non-Exempt
Full Time and/or Part Time
LPN: $31.50 and up
RN: $36 and up

Shifts include:
8 hour and 12 hour shifts available
Day Shift - LPN
Evening Shift - LPN and RN
Night Shift - LPN and RN
Weekend Option available
We offer shift premium, pick-up pay, and weekend option
Duties performed by an LPN/RN:
Provide Leadership to nursing personnel
Maintains accurate and complete resident medical record documentation
Accurately prepares and administers medications and treatments to assigned residents according to physician orders and nursing procedures
Completes incident reports and medication error reports and reports to the Charge Nurse
Participates in shift report and assists in organizing resident care assignments
Provides assistance and supervision to the CNA/QMA
Responsible for directing, delivering, and evaluating the quality of care provided by all team members
Responds immediately to emergency situations
Reports any concerns/problems or discrepancies to the Unit Manager, DON, HFA
Participates in providing restorative care for residents
Participates in survey inspections
