Overview of the VP of Finance & Operations role:

  • This VP of Finance & Operations will work closely with the executive team on decision making
  • Responsible for overseeing a team of 5 responsible for AP, AR, general accounting functions and IT
  • Oversight of the budgeting/forecasting
  • Guiding software improvements/special projects
  • Maintaining a standard cost system
  • Oversight of HR & IT
  • Risk management
  • Ad hoc projects

Preferred Qualifications for the VP of Finance & Operations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree
  • 10+ years of accounting experience
  • Previous experience supervising a team
  • CPA is preferred
  • Process improvement mindset and experience

    Salary: $150k - $175k based on experience
