Job Description: As the Office Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and compliance within our healthcare setting. You will manage administrative staff, coordinate patient services, and handle billing and insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:

    • Supervise and train administrative staff, ensuring a productive work environment.
    • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and communications.
    • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Healthcare Administration:

    • Coordinate patient intake and appointment scheduling.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
    • Manage medical records and ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Billing and Insurance:

    • Oversee billing processes, including charge entry, claim submission, and payment posting.
    • Handle insurance verification and authorization processes.
    • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to patient inquiries regarding billing and insurance.
  • Financial Management:

    • Monitor office budgets and expenditures.
    • Prepare financial reports and assist with forecasting.
  • Customer Service:

    • Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of X years of experience in healthcare office management, with a focus on insurance and billing.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance processes, and billing systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT coding).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office, electronic health record systems).
This is an in office position with a salary of $50,000
