Location: Strictly On-Site in South Bend, IN

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of IT to lead our IT operations and security initiatives. This role will be pivotal in overseeing our network infrastructure, maintaining our O365 tenant, and ensuring the safety and security of our physical and digital assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive technological advancements that enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Network Infrastructure: Oversee, maintain, and upgrade all network infrastructure connecting our offices across the US.
- O365 Management: Manage our O365 tenant and ensure the security of our network.
- Device Management: Purchase, prepare, issue, and track all electronic items and software for employees.
- Policy Development: Create and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices across the organization.
- Physical Security: Maintain physical security measures, including access control systems and surveillance cameras, at all locations.
- Technology Implementation: Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to increase employee productivity and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on security and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of network systems, O365, and security protocols.
- Proven experience in managing IT budgets and purchasing electronic devices/software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
