Description

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for financial improvement.
  • Process and record intercompany transactions, including sales, purchases, loans, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with various departments and entities to verify and reconcile intercompany balances and discrepancies.
  • Partner with relevant departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor budget performance, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance efficiency, and improve accuracy.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of experience with finance, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Intercompany accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance concepts
  • Team player! Must work well both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Effective communication skills! Both written and verbal
  • Impeccable attention to detail
