Job description

Overview:

Are you a compassionate and dynamic clinical leader looking to make a meaningful impact in mental health care? Look no further! We are on the lookout for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead our Crisis Stabilization Services team.

Responsibilities:
Provides assessments, case formulation, diagnosis, and treatment planning to clients in the assigned service.
Collaborating with clients natural supports as well as community stakeholders,.
Moving clients through the appropriate treatment with expected outcomes.
Prepares the client and family for transfer/discharge.
Working alongside peer support and other providers as needed
Provides and/or supervises an appropriate range of therapy modalities.
Provides crisis/emergency services.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work from a graduate school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, accepted by the Indiana Health Professions Bureau with 60 credit hours of graduate work and the required practicum acceptable for licensure in Indiana.
Social workers must maintain an Indiana License as a Clinical Social Worker, as eligible. Applicants who are ineligible for licensing in the state of Indiana will be given consideration based on their graduate curriculum and practicum and/or internship experience.
Must be able to provide crisis services to clients virtually if client is in the field or in person on the unit.
Must be able to work with Peer Recovery Specialist and provide supervision for those working as peers.
Able to achieve the required competencies or privileges at Valley Oaks Health.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,160.00 - $67,392.00 per year
