Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial and Residential Superintendent with 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully overseeing all phases of construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and tenant improvements, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Manage material and equipment deliveries to ensure timely availability on-site.
• Implement and enforce company standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in both commercial and residential construction. Mainly Commercial but we do need some Residential experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
