Tax Manager
Northside Indianapolis - 1 Day WFH
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

Responsibilities of the Tax Manager:

• Managing the accurate and timely preparation and review of federal and state tax returns.
• Preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions and coordinating external auditor reviews.
• Facilitating IRS income tax audits, including responses and schedule creation.
• Monitoring legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicating their effects, and formulating strategies to capitalize on taxation changes.
• Ensuring accurate and timely filing of consolidated federal, state, and local income tax returns.

Qualifications of the Tax Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification is required
• 4+ years of relevant experience in tax consulting and compliance within a public accounting firm.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team of tax professionals.
