Make a Difference

Community Hospital South has an excellent opportunity available within our main Operating Room located in Indianapolis (Greenwood area), IN. The Operating Room CST will be responsible for scrubbing on a variety of surgical cases. You will assist the surgeons and anticipate needs. The Certified Surgical Technologist will possess knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Associates degree in Surgical Technology from a CAAHEP accredited program of Surgical Technology preferred
1 year of Operating Room experience preferred
Certified Surgical Technologist preferred or required within 6 months of hire
Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skill are required
Demonstrates ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task with a high degree of responsibility, responsiveness
Takes direction well but also self directed and motivated
