What you'll do at Hopebridge:

Conduct detailed behavioral assessments to evaluate patient progress toward treatment goals.
Design evidence-based intervention plans tailored to unique needs.
Supervise and nurture RBTs, Fellows and new BCBAs to deliver the highest standards of care.
Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional standards
Work with children in a fully equipped center with dedicated therapy rooms
Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies

Experience Needed:

Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills

What to expect from the first 30 days: Formal onboarding program focused on you and the company culture and mission. Shadowing and observation with client sessions while working with senior BCBAs. Feedback and collaboration on integration and performance. Access to in-house resource tools while building out mentorship and training programs past the first 30 days.
