What you'll do:

Craft evidence-based intervention plans to identify the needs and strengths of each child

Mentor aspiring behavior analysts, and technician teams while collaborating with colleagues
Set the bar high with your adherence to BACB professional standards
Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations and company policies

Experience Needed:

Master's degree (or higher) in a relevant field and current BCBA certification
Proficiency with behavioral assessments and intervention plans
Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and families
Strong interpersonal, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
