ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is a leading player in the manufacturing industry, committed to excellence and innovation in every aspect of their business. They are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. This role is critical in maintaining efficient financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments to their vendors.

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ROLE:

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will review, process, input, and verify invoices and expense reports
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments
• The Accounts Payable Specialist will utilize Concur for expense management and reconciliation
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues related to invoices and payments

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:

• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with working with high volume
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
