Endocrinology opening in Indiana - Located in Franklin, IN; 25m to Indianapolis - Full-time, employed position - Hybrid Care ModelPosition Details:We are adding an Endocrinologist to our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid care model where the physician will see patients in-person at the facility, and will also see patients from another facility in a virtual capacity. - Full-time - Office onsite in Franklin, IN - Hybrid Care Model - Solo Practice - Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible - Open to MD/DO - No After-Hours Call - Hospitals will have an Onsite Diabetes Educator - Community Growth and Need - Hospital Employed Opportunity - Will Utilize EMR System and Telehealth Platforms for each Individual Hospital - Competitive Salary and Benefits PackageAbout the Community:Warm and beautiful communities, perfect to raise a family with all the luxuries of city life just a quick drive away.
