Job description

Our client is seeking career minded individual for a Survey Crew Chief. Must be able to perform ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys, and construction staking.

What you will be doing:


  • Write descriptions of boundary surveys for use of legal documentation
  • Working directly with other team members, mentoring and leading / team mentality
  • Knowledge of field instrumentation is a must
  • Problem solving, trouble shooting, providing a quality product
  • Monitoring projects from start to finish, interacting with clients
  • This is a leadership role, the opportunity to grow long term both as an individual and with a company

What you will need:


  • 3 years of related experience in Surveying
  • Carlson and Trimble Survey software
  • Surveying experience, preferred both in field and office but not required
  • Be able to provide quality work
  • Well-developed understanding of surveying process, start to finish
  • Ability to motivate a team
