Providing a hybrid-office schedule, you will have a standard daily work week, Monday through Friday! The Human Resource Coordinator is the centroplex of all employee relations, compliance and policy updates, and company-wide events! As the HR Coordinator, you will be the driver of the culture and employee experience, partnering with HR and Department Leaders to ensure best practices are in place! Exciting role for a growing organization!

Primary Daily Responsibilities for Human Resource Assistant:

• Weekly connection and partnering with department leads to verify hiring and employee relation needs
• Ensure all compliance and policy communication is distributed to necessary employees and offices
• Coordinate employee activities and events held by the organization
• Provide employee-centric support to staff and new hires through onboarding and employee satisfaction evaluations
