Job Title: Onsite Coordinator (In-House Manpower Associate)

Location: Nylene - Henderson, KY

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)
Assignment Length: 6+ Months

Job Description:

Manpower is seeking a dedicated Onsite Coordinator to join our team, working directly with our client, Nylene, at their Henderson, KY location. This is a 6+ month assignment with the possibility for extension, offering a great opportunity to manage workforce solutions onsite and support both client and associate needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Nylene and Manpower for all onsite staffing needs.
  • Coordinate daily workforce activities, including check-ins, scheduling, attendance, and payroll reporting.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both Nylene management and Manpower associates, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies, performing regular safety inspections and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Conduct orientations for new associates and facilitate their smooth onboarding process.
  • Handle associate performance management, including coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution.
  • Track associate productivity, attendance, and engagement, ensuring adherence to client expectations.
  • Support recruitment efforts by assisting with associate placements, managing time-off requests, and adjusting staffing levels as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on associate performance and workforce trends.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a staffing, recruiting, or workforce coordination role preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll systems.
  • Experience with safety and compliance standards in an industrial setting is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing client needs.
