Amentum is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a System Security Team Lead to support key programs at NSWC Crane and throughout the United States. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the Program Protection and Cybersecurity assessment team to ensure that cyber security requirements are properly defined, decomposed, allocated, implemented, and assessed to produce a cyber-resilient security design solution Lead teams to conduct a range of cyber risk analyses and security assessment methods Capture information on customer systems and operations, focusing on commercial hardware that is in use and utilize captured information to assess the risk posture for the customer Lead the development of Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) for implementing hardware assurance and supply chain risk management efforts that integrates with existing processes Identify and direct high priority assessments or other efforts that should be conducted Recommend Courses of Action (COAs) to mitigate cyber risks, ordered by the combination of impact and cost Communicate effectively with a range of audiences, technical and non-technical, and function effectively on an engineering team to create a collaborative environment that allows for the establishment of mission goals and itemized planning and prioritization of tasks to successfully meet the objectives Provide daily program, analytical, and assessment team support and management. Provide-detail oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's and master's degree in engineering, science, cybersecurity or related field and at least ten (10) years of job-related experience or equivalent. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance (Interim Secret clearance required to start) Travel Required: Possible 25-50% to NSWC Crane and/or Washington DC, Navy Yard Possible travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations as necessary Preferred Qualifications: Active Secret Clearance 15-20 years' experience leading cyber teams Any of the following certifications would be a plus to have: CompTIA Security+ Certified Red Team Professional (CRTP) Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) certification Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) GIAC Network Forensic Analyst (GNFA) Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) Certified Cyber Forensics Professional (CCFP) Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
