Application must include a Letter of Intent to relocate if necessary Job Title: Project Manager - (PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST) Essential Job Functions: The Project Manager will oversee and provide MuTC - Cyber Program customer support for cyber testing and training events and exercises, including gathering and implementing event requirements.
The position requires a broad technical background and experience in various functions; a full and in- depth understanding of procedures and authorization and appropriation processes; and a strong management background. This position requires a background in and knowledge of IT and OT devices and the management of associated systems. Projects will require technical services and material support to the Atterbury-Muscatatuck Directorate of Information Management (DOIM).
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
This employee shall meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing of major projects with broad technical requirements including IT, OT, and telecommunication/RF systems utilizing PMI principles.
Experience working with wireless infrastructure supporting 802.11x, 4G, and 3G wireless technologies to support the MUTC Wireless Network.
Experience with coordinating with external contributing agencies and organizations including various functional elements within the internal organization and establishing responsibilities and setting expectations; controlling and managing budgets and schedules.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Capability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Possess and maintain all required training and certifications.

Possess skills/knowledge of performing office automation work that includes word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheets, presentations, and other personal computer applications; typing a variety of materials from rough draft into final form including narrative and tabular material, e.g., correspondence, reports, and forms; maintaining records, historical records, survey results, reference library of training catalogs, regulations and other miscellaneous publications; establishing and maintaining office functional files and reference files; knowledge management

Work Environment: Normal hours for conducting business between the hours of 0800 to 1700, with personnel schedules staggered to allow for classroom availability between the hours of 0700 to 1800 Monday thru Friday except Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.
