Job description

EPS Corporation is Looking for a Lead Cyber Range Architect to assist the Cyber Program at the Muscatatuck Training CenterThe Lead Cyber Range Architect will be responsible for the design, configuration, and operation of our cyber range and computer test bed environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a Cyber Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Cyber Architect and demonstrate a deep understanding of network architecture, automation, and security. They will lead efforts in creating sophisticated cyber training environments, ensuring all configurations meet industry standards and best practices. This position is dependent upon the award of the Proposed Contract Requirements Design, configure, and operate cyber range and computer test bed environments. Develop and implement advanced computer network designs including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, active directory, VPNs, VLANs, and SANs. Lead automation, provisioning, imaging, orchestration, and configuration management efforts. Utilize Ansible, Chef, FOG, Project, python, and bash scripting for various automation and configuration tasks. Architect and engineer cloud, physical, and virtual network infrastructures. Monitor and maintain infrastructure for optimal performance. Work with hypervisors such as VMware, KVM, and Xen to support virtualized environments. Administer Windows enterprise and Linux server/operating systems, with a focus on network vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies. Integrate a wide variety of technologies, including camera systems, ICS/SCADA, IoT, and RF devices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT III/IAM II requirements. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Cyber SME/Cyber Architect or similar role. Minimum 3 years of experience in the configuration and operation of cyber range or computer test bed environments. Expert knowledge in designing and configuring computer networks including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, active directory, VPNs, VLANs, and SANs. Demonstrated experience with automation, provisioning, imaging, orchestration, and configuration management. Proficiency with Ansible, Chef, FOG, Project, python, and bash scripting. Experience with cloud, physical, and virtual network architecture, engineering, and infrastructure monitoring. Expertise with hypervisors such as VMware, KVM, and Xen. Experience with Windows enterprise and Linux server/operating systems engineering and administration. Knowledge of network vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation. Familiarity with a wide variety of technologies, including camera systems, ICS/SCADA, IoT, and RF devices. Skills: Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
