Job description

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Bloomington, IN. Candidate will carry a small caseload (25 billable hours). No administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
Demonstrated mastery over the BACB Task List 5th Ed items.
Demonstrate professionalism and comply with the BACB's _Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts_.
Provide behavioral skills training (modeling, observation, feedback) with RBT staff.
Provide RBT supervision (minimum of 5% of RBT hours per month).
Perform weekly staff observations and integrity assessments.
Perform monthly performance reviews
Create skill acquisition programs (NET-centered).
Develop and assign the creation of program stimulus (non-billable task for Lead RBTs).
Updated client data sheets and skill acquisition program targets.
Update client goals on a quarterly basis.
Perform parent training sessions.
Clinical meetings with the Executive Director.
Provide onsite supervision to clinic staff.
Submit professional clinical documentation daily.
Ensure staff are following company policies and procedures and report employee infractions to the disciplinary team.
