Position Title: Integrated Master Scheduler Company: Tri-County Steel LLC (TCS) Location: On-Site at NSWC Crane, Indiana Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Commensurate with experience. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple customers. This position will be responsible for tracking and de-conflicting facilities projects and ensuring proper communication from senior leadership to the integration team. The successful candidate will also support the government customer by tracking project milestones, providing analysis of performance trends, and ensuring schedule alignment with broader program goals. Essential Functions: Track, de-conflict, and analyze the impacts of all facilities projects for the Government customer. Serve as a member of both the planning and execution teams, tracking future/planned projects as well as those ongoing. Create, edit, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for multiple customers. Assist in tracking Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Supplemental Document Worksheets (SDW), and the scheduling of necessary validations and hazard controls. Own multiple IMSs, integrating inputs from developers and partners. Conduct internal audits with customers to maintain IMS accuracy. Provide analysis of performance, including critical path trends, and create reports/briefings as directed. Ensure program-developed IMS is compatible with other IMSs for broader visibility into program critical paths and schedule analysis. Develop and maintain summary-level schedule reports, baseline reports, look-ahead reports, and inform Program Managers of performance trends weekly. Support customer with additional tasks related to program management, execution, and communications as assigned. Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in a related role, or a Master's degree and 1 year of experience. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project. Proven experience in communications with senior leaders and integration teams. At least 3 years of xperience in creating technical schedules for Projects and preparing Technical Documentation for DoD Desired Qualifications: Flexibility to adapt to dynamic project requirements and deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills to work with clients, team members, and management staff. Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member. Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Must be organized and process-oriented . Travel: No regular travel is expected for this position; however, occasional travel may be required based on project needs.
