JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN INTAKE ADMISSION CLINICIAN (Nights)!

$2,000 Sign-on Bonus+Generous Shift Differentials

3x 12-hour shifts: 7 pm-7:30 am Friday-Sunday

The Intake Admission Clinician manages referrals and service requests, assesses individuals of all ages, and collaborates with physicians for appropriate care decisions. They assist with discharge planning under the Director of Admissions and Referrals and are the primary community contact, providing essential resources and support. Additionally, they support the case management program.

INTAKE ADMISSION CLINICIAN QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Education:Registered Nurse or Masters Degree in a human relations field required.
Experience:Preferably two or more years experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting. At least two (2) years experience in a psychiatric hospital setting, including customer contact.
Licensure:Licensed to practice in Illinois as a mental health professional is preferred.
Additional Requirements:Knowledge of the latest DSM and Mental Status Exam and the Addiction and Recovery field.
