Job Description
Renders general care procedures on residents/patients, assessment of resident/patient, documents these procedures, educates other caregivers, communicates specific job functions with other employees and assists other nursing duties which aides on the overall delivery of care.

LPN or RN 6:00pm - 6:00am. Pay based on experience starting at $21.62 for an LPN or $27.68 for an RN

Responsibilities
Acts as liaison between physician, resident/patient, family, etc. , Acts as liaison between physician, resident/patient, family, etc. , Administers medications and treatments (P.O., injections, etc.) , Administers patient teaching and initiate plans of discharge. , Adverse reactions. , Aides physicians in test procedures, etc. , Ancillary procedures. , Assists in ADL/patient care delivery. , Assists in orientating, training, and evaluating of personnel. , Assists in physician communication of diagnosis. , Attends required in-services and continuing education., Checks vital signs. , Communicates with other caregivers on following direct patient care procedures. , Complies with regulatory governing standards (i.e. Medicaid, Public Health, Joint Commission, Infection Control) and internal safety and disaster procedures. , Demonstrates nursing techniques. , Demonstrates working knowledge of Medicare. , Documents patient care information for more efficient methods of patient assessment. , Educates oneself in more innovative patient care techniques. , Family interaction. , Holds CNA's accountable for delivery of quality resident care. , Knowledgeable of Public Health, Medicaid, and Medicare standards. , Maintains confidentiality and adheres to patient rights. , Medication administration. , Monthly summaries. , Obtains and implements physician orders. + 12 more

Requirements:
