Position Summary

Seasoned professional with expertise in department systems, accounts payable, institutional record keeping, sponsorships, events and planning. Supports the payment process for sponsorships and donations. Maintains accurate records of community partnerships, department financial, event participation, and serves as a brand ambassador for the bank.

What You'll Do

• Manage payment processing for employee match, donations & sponsorships

• Design and maintain department record keeping systems including financial data, external partnership agreements and internal assets

• Serve as Wintrust Community Impact ambassador to finance department and sponsorship team

• Support partnerships with established diagnostics tools and impact metrics

• Support event planning and meeting logistics

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure proper representation

• Maintain executive scheduling and correspondence

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of related experience

• No direct budget management, but responsible for ensuring timely execution and payment of third-party services

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Background in community engagement and working with diverse audiences preferred

• Experience with payment processing and project management preferred
