Exciting Opportunity: Plant Manager

Are you ready to take the reins and drive exponential growth in a dynamic, high-impact environment? We're seeking a visionary Plant Manager to join our Molded Products Division Leadership team, where you'll play a pivotal role in propelling our $80 million business to new heights. As the leader of our largest business unit, you'll be at the forefront of maximizing operational performance, delivering exceptional quality, and exceeding customer expectations.

What You'll Do:

As Plant Manager, you'll directly report to the Director of Operations for Molded Products and collaborate closely with the General Manager. You'll lead a team of six dedicated managers, including the Assistant Plant Manager, Production Manager, Compounding Manager, Materials Manager, Shipping Manager, and Maintenance Manager, all committed to your shared vision of success.

Your Key Focus Areas:

1. Profitability Growth: Spearhead efficiency improvements that reduce manufacturing costs and drive profitability.
2. Preventative Maintenance: Keep our presses-the heart of our operation-in peak condition to minimize downtime and ensure seamless production.
3. Employee Experience: Cultivate a workplace where team members can thrive and grow into seasoned professionals, building long-lasting careers.
4. Customer-Centric Innovation: Lead initiatives that enhance how we produce, package, and deliver products, always keeping customer needs at the forefront.
5. Ecommerce Expansion: Develop a robust inventory and warehouse strategy to support our growing Ecommerce channel.
6. Leadership: As a senior member of the Division Leadership team, you'll be the driving force behind our largest plant, influencing every aspect of its success.

What We're Looking For:

• A deep understanding of income statements and financial performance.
• Experience in Compression Molding, particularly with Sheet Molded Compound.
• Familiarity with the Bath Ware industry.
• Proven Operational Leadership skills with a track record of driving KPIs and enhancing plant performance.
• A passion for growing a high-potential business, paired with the tenacity to see it through.
• The ability to lead effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
