Job Description

Warehouse Group Leader is responsible for the daily floor activity and oversight of departmental personnel to ensure compliance with Regulatory, EHS, Training and departmental performance objectives. The Warehouse Group Leader is a recognized SME providing support to employees, management, and areas affecting the Warehouse. Warehouse Group Leader is responsible for helping to maintain and managing the warehouse in the support of manufacture of drug products while maintaining the highest level of compliance and quality. Completing project work and participating in the performance appraisal process.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  • Order materials and track those orders through fulfillment. Tracks inventory usage and orders resupplies as needed.
  • Prioritize and assign work and coordinate hourly employees and contractors through various tasks that must be completed daily.
  • Interface daily with key stakeholders to ensure business needs are met and raises issues to supervisor as required.
  • Ensure employees meet training plans and maintain a safe work environment in the area.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required and must me able to read and understand Procedures.
  • Must possess and in-depth knowledge of area functions and IT systems. Interpersonal skills are essential to motivate, coach and direct employees. Problem solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot and resolve daily issues.
  • 2-5 years of experience in related activity centers
  • Understanding of the investigational material supply chain and regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork competencies.
  • Ability to multi-task and reprioritize the workload per the changing schedule and or project demands.
  • Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
