Job Description Job Description Adecco is hiring for a client located in Loves Park, IL in hiring a 1st shift temporary Customer Service Rep. Hours are 7:30am-4pm paying 25/hr. This role would last about 3 months.

-You will be overseeing customer order administration for new sales, repairs, and warranty transactions, as well as coordinating with internal departments for technical or engineering support and services as needed.

-You will manage account administration and serve as the primary interface with customers.

Job Duties Include:

  • Process and maintain customer purchase orders, external customer purchase order systems and electronic data interchange (EDI)
  • Responds to customer pricing requests per established price list
  • Interacts with other departments as required (order status, delivery updates, warranty & quality)
  • File and maintain documentation
  • Interfaces with customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Over-time may be required with little or no notice to accommodate customer needs
  • Assists with account receivables (validate PO to sales order, collections, etc.)
Qualifications Include:
  • HSD/GED
  • 1+ years of previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience with purchase orders and account receivables

Pay Details: 25.00 per hour
