Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level: 5:45pm-6am

Location: Lockport, IL

Pay Range: $19 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operating assigned machinery and/or equipment operation and/or the physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operating equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned.
• Following all applicable safety policies and practices, including but not limited to, use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
• Loading and unloading raw goods and/or finished products.
• Visual inspection of product to ensure quality.

What's Needed?

• No minimum experience required.
• Ability to work third shift (5:45pm-6am).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
