Location: Mettawa, IllinoisJob Type: ContractSalary: $41 - 44 per hourJoin our client's team as a Website Delivery Manager, a pivotal role within the Website Channel team. You will lead website projects and programs on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using the Digital Marketing Platform (ADMP). This position requires strategic thinking, effective collaboration with cross-functional partners, and strong leadership to drive the successful execution of US Commercial Website projects. This is a hybrid role with 2 days remote the 3 days onsite. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement new and existing website projects, focusing on content updates, maintenance, and enhancements for both branded and unbranded websites.Support SEO, tagging, analytics, testing, and personalization efforts, working closely with IT partners for development execution.Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with key leaders across all cross-functional areas, ensuring all project requirements are met.Prepare clear and concise communications to update stakeholders on project status and expectations.Manage the day-to-day oversight of low to medium complexity digital projects, including project planning, status reporting, and risk management.Seek opportunities for standardization, automation, and process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.Stay informed on new digital technologies and participate in professional organizations and industry seminars.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or website management within the pharmaceutical industry preferred.Proven ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a clear aptitude for managing website projects.Demonstrated experience in omnichannel digital/website program planning and execution.Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is preferred.strong analytical skills and understanding of digital metrics, social analytics, and SEO management.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Smartsheet, Trello, or similar.JOBID: Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
