Pay: $28.64 / Hour

Your Role:

As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will support manufacturing and drive improvements by developing, maintaining, and administrating systems that improve the business. You will have the opportunity to:

• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
• Create and analyze trackers and products using key performance indicators
• Create, audit, and edit standard work procedures
• Assist in training personnel on changes

In this role, you will use your creativity to focus on making changes to maintain continuous improvement and to ensure that we may to constantly innovate. We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of production experience
• Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Experience using Kaizen

Icing on the cake:

• Microsoft Access experience
• Experience using Lean tools
• Previous leadership experience
