Job description
The Enterprise Systems Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that leverage our enterprise systems to enhance business operations and drive workforce efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
• Willingness and ability to travel, as required, to deliver training sessions and support business objectives, with an expected minimum of 50% travel.
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various enterprise systems, including but not limited to ERP, CRM, and HRIS.
• Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and audience needs, ensuring maximum engagement and comprehension.
• Provide direct support and guidance to trainees during training sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering questions effectively.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training curriculum and materials, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance training content and delivery methodologies based on feedback and emerging best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and functionalities of enterprise systems to incorporate relevant content into training programs.
• Create and maintain training documentation, user guides, and job aids to supplement training sessions and support ongoing learning and performance.
• Provide post-training support and follow-up to reinforce learning, address user concerns, and facilitate the application of new skills and knowledge in the workplace.
• Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the analysis of training metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the impact of training initiatives on business outcomes.
• Collaborate with the training management team to implement adjustments and enhancements to training content and delivery methods based on evaluation results.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge of enterprise systems, instructional techniques, and adult learning principles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in training delivery, preferably in a corporate environment with a focus on enterprise systems.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in using enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS; certification or specialized training in Salesforce or IFS is a plus.
• Experience with instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning technologies is desirable.
