Key Responsibilities for the Manager of Financial Reporting and Consolidations:

  • Manage financial reporting, including consolidations and SEC filings.
  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely SEC filings, including Form 10-Q, 10-K, and related documents.
  • Develop and maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
  • Ensure SOX 404 compliance by maintaining effective internal controls.
  • Handle various ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements for the Manager of Financial Reporting and Consolidations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience in consolidations and SEC reporting.
  • Familiarity with HFM, SAP BPC, or similar tools.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
