JOB DUTIES: Phone operator duties; taking and routing messages Welcome visitors and assist office staff daily Assist managers with Word documents, Excel, and PowerPoint File customer records and shipping documentation Coordinate event and meeting calendars EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED required. Business degree a plus.
