Active Secret What You Will Do : The Bulk Fuel Ops Research Analyst will have the following responsibilities: Analyze, model and develop reports on worldwide operations and combatant command plans (i.e., fuel feasibility analysis, services bulk fuel capability readiness, etc.) on requirements and issues impacting the GBFMD Mission.
Develop analysis and modeling of data sources in support of GBFMD assessments, wargaming and exercise scenarios.
Support the development of modeling and measuring techniques; utilize mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques.
Write reports documenting data analysis, tool design and development, and test results.
Provide support to studies, fuel conferences, exercises, and real-world events. What You Will Need : An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance
Bachelor's degree
THREE (3) years experience in data analytics, logistics or supply chain or military or higher HQ or fuel
US Citizenship What Would Be Nice To Have : An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance
Experience with Global Bulk Fuels program
Experience managing large logistics projects
Experience with DLA, USTRANSCOM, or COCOMs
Organizational and project management skills and the ability to work within a matrixed environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience working in environment with frequent customer contact.
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
