Magenium Solutions is in search of a Project Coordinator. This is a full-time Opportunity to work for 100% Employee-Owned Company. permanent role. Only Chicagoland Area candidates please. This is a hybrid role.

Role Description

The Project Coordinator will assist project managers on a variety of Microsoft-based projects, which will vary in complexity, and/or manage smaller and less complex projects on their own for our customers. This position will manage and act as a coordinator and liaison to the customer, technical resources, and other stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will align various project tasks, manage timelines, and maintain budgets. Through meticulous planning, effective resource management, and clear communication, the Project Coordinator will act as the central hub for project activities and support project teams and stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support: Provides logistical support for project related meetings (agenda, minutes, timelines, task lists, updates)

Coordination: Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines among team members and stakeholders

Communication: Facilitate verbal and written communication between project team members, stakeholders, and customers

Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation and internal processes.

Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks related to project coordination and supporting the Project Management Office.

Required Skills

Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), and problem solving skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to take clear and concise notes during meetings

Commitment to continuous learning

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in project management or Agile methodologies

Experience with Microsoft products
