Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a 12-month contract position with a client located in the Chicago, IL area. This is a HYBRID opportunity where you are expected to be onsite 3 days/week from day 1. Preference will be given to candidates who live in Chicago, IL area at the present time.

Pay/Salary Range: $85,000-120,000

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Developer you will join a small team of developers to assist with a volume of Salesforce development work. Your functional knowledge of Salesforce as well as front-end and backend development in Salesforce will make you a strong candidate for this role. Value stream solutions include Sales Cloud, B2B Commerce, Youreka and Boomi.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred. In lieu of degree, equivalent work experience will be considered.

• 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce Development using APEX is required

• Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery is required

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI customizations and API development is strongly preferred

• Professionalism, top-notch communication skills and positive attitude is required for success
