What You'll Do

As an Investment Service Coordinator, you will process and track all new investment business as well as coordinate follow up on outstanding issues with the opportunity to branch out into additional Investment Support activities. Additionally, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing account opening paperwork to advisors and sales support associates
• Receive, review, and process new and existing investment business
• Process asset movements including journals, wire transfers and EFTs
• Facilitate follow-up and interaction between advisors, Broker Dealer / Custodian, and outside vendors
• Maintain department software systems including but not limited to CRM and Central Filing
• Accurately maintain Compliance blotters including Check Deposits, Applications and Trading
• Ensure required forms and documents are regularly reviewed and current

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a professional office environment (Insurance and Investment Services preferred) with data entry responsibilities and efficient execution of administrative tasks
• Series SIE, 7 and 66 licenses, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Intermediate knowledge of investments
