The primary responsibility of the Client Service Representative will be assisting Account Managers and Producers with the servicing of assigned Business Accounts.

Providing superior day to day client service by anticipating client needs and responding to client, producer and account manager questions and issues in a timely manner.

  • Ordering and processing change requests with an emphasis on Business Insurance Risk Management
  • Preparing ID cards, binders, evidence of property & other certificate of insurance requests
  • Processing and documenting cancellations and reinstatements
  • Processing and billing premium audits
  • Preparing and billing Bonds when required.
  • Assisting with preparation of renewal exposure workbooks
  • Creating first draft of renewal proposals
  • Organizing insured's copies of new and renewal policies for delivery to client.
  • Maintaining accurate policy data in agency management system (AMS360)
  • Consistently Maintaining client documentation in document managing system (Worksmart)
  • Maintaining a courteous and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, insurance carriers and other business contacts
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • 1-2 years of Commercial Lines Agency experience in a highly automated, risk management-focused environment.
  • Must have Illinois Property & Casualty license or obtain within 60 days of hire date.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment that will also require working independently.
  • Experience with AMS360 system a strong plus
