Volt is immediately hiring a specialized Administrative Assistant in Cordova IL. As an Administrative Assistant, you will handle a wide variety of administrative duties. These duties include answering incoming call, data entry and data management, and collaboration with different teams and projects.

This is a temporary position, expected to last through the end of the year.

Job Duties:

  • Performs various administrative and business monitoring processes for one or more programs, committees, or projects.
  • Perform data entry tasks to input and/or maintain data, and manage the various databases and sheets
  • Utilize Excel, Outlook and SAP applications as needed. Ensures materials and information are accurately distributed in a timely manner.
  • Screens telephone calls, determines and provides appropriate response or action.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • Previous experience using SAP software
  • Microsoft office suite experience
  • Calendar management and scheduling

Pay Rate: $24 per hour, 7am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
