Job Title: SQL Server Database Developer


Location: Hybrid (3-4 days in office)


6-12 Month Contract



Job Overview: As a Database Developer, you will design and implement database models and scripts that support commission payout processes. Your expertise in SQL Server and database modeling will be crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient calculations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop, test, and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts for commission calculations.

  • Design and implement robust database models to support business operations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.

  • Document database structures, processes, and workflows for internal use.

  • Assist in the migration and integration of data across various systems.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in database development and management.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in database development with a focus on SQL Server.

  • Proven experience in database modeling and design.

  • Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

  • Familiarity with commission payout structures and calculations is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.



In-office model:



  • Flexible hybrid work environment (3-4 days in office).
