Job description

• Work with first of line defense teams to support revision and maintenance of policies and procedures
• Support the preparation of requests for information and reports to committees and leadership.
• Assist in identifying gaps in controls or processes
• Review and assess requests for information, audit requests.
• Managing and developing relationships with other Region Risk stakeholders, and internal Corporate Security stakeholders.
• Consulting with lines of business on identified risk findings through to resolution.
• Performing governance activities and enhancing processes for the Physical Security program.
• Documenting, maintaining, and understanding the various organizational controls and processes as they relate to assigned tasks.
• Assisting with project initiatives, including assisting in the development of new reporting metrics, dashboards, and governance processes.
• Regular contact with Corporate Security stakeholders.
• Regular contact with other internal stakeholders for the purposes of obtaining or exchanging information.
• Regular contact with external vendors in supporting initiatives.
• Regular contact with various outside parties for the purposes of conducting industry benchmarking or in support of risk assessments.
