Job description

This Marketing & BD Manager will be responsible for regional support for the firm's Chicago and Houston offices, including some Litigation and Tax practices. The main daily responsibilities include RFPs and pitches, client targeting initiatives, 1-on-1 BD support for key partners and being a strategic partners to leadership in Chicago & Houston offices.

Description

As part of a large global BD & Marketing team, this role will have responsibilities including:

- RFPs, pitches & proposals

- Assisting leadership with lateral partner integration and BD training

- Conducting research to curate client targeting projects and identifying new business opportunities

- Support awards & submissions and events for office-based practices

- Liaise with multiple departments (Communications, PR, Attorney Recruiting, Design) to support the needs of the attorneys, practices and firm offices

Profile

Qualified candidates would have:

- 5+ years of experience in legal and/or professional services BD and Marketing experience

- Ideally have Tax and/or Litigation practice group experience; Firm is open to practice group experience

- Attention to detail, maticulous organization skills, and excellent communication skills

- Ability to project manage multiple assignments and keep deliverables on time

Job Offer

- Salary up to $165k base + annual bonus

- 401k

- Hybrid schedule - 3 days/week in office
