Position Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and programming of intricate machined components. You'll work on projects that challenge your skills while contributing to the company's commitment to precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up repeat jobs following detailed documentation.
• Ensure first-piece components meet all print specifications.
• Edit and create programs as needed for machining operations.
• Conduct manual inspections to confirm parts meet inspection criteria.
• Interpret blueprints with medium-to-high complexity and apply GD&T knowledge.
• Operate multiple machines as part of a production cell.
• Use advanced shop math, including trigonometry and geometry.
• Mentor and support less experienced operators.
• Handle additional tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or CNC technical diploma (preferred).
• 5 years of machining experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.
