Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a mid-level transactional attorney to support the largest commercial 5G VoNR network deployment in the world reaching approximately 200 million Americans and 5G broadband service reaching approximately 250 million Americans. The ideal candidate is passionate about our business and interested in working closely with our wireless business teams nationwide to change the way the world communicates. This role will sit in Denver, CO, Chicago, IL, Irvine, CA or Roseland, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate a wide variety of complex wireless infrastructure and real estate lease/license agreements, amendments, assignments, easements, entry and testing agreements, SNDAs, MOLs, estoppels (tower, rooftop, small cell, pole attachment, DAS, etc.), and other ancillary contracts with private and public sector landlords, as well as draft and negotiate construction and services agreements with service vendors; the candidate should be able to perform the foregoing independently and with minimal supervision
- Prepare risk analysis, conduct ancillary due diligence (title review, survey review, etc.), and provide legal guidance to national business teams throughout the site acquisition process
- Advise and strategize with business teams on obtaining zoning and permitting entitlements, and counsel on various issues such as application filings, public hearing processes, and federal shot clocks
- Work closely with property management and litigation teams to resolve pre-litigation conflicts pertaining to construction disputes, liens, property damage, insurance matters, and access and utility issues
- Provide dependable and practical legal advice and assistance across the organization and collaborate with internal teams to accomplish our wireless goals and strategic objectives
- Assist with other responsibilities as needed
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 5-10 years of experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial and real estate agreements with a large national or regional law firm or leading corporation
- 2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating wireless real estate agreements preferred
- High attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication, project management, organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for the in-house practice of law
- Energy, resourcefulness, a good sense of humor, and a demonstrated desire to achieve
Compensation: $154,275.00/Year - $208,725.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
