At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Our Southern Illinois Medical Group is actively seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our fast-paced Express Clinics in Mt. Vernon and Centralia IL!

Job Details:

• Urgent Care setting, x-ray and labs on-site!
• Facility Hours: Monday-Saturday, 7a-7p; Sunday 8a-2p
• Set your own schedule!
• In-office procedures
• Eligible for overtime + quality incentives, pay commensurate with experience!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• 2 years of provider experience preferred
• Current PA/NP licensure in appropriate state
